The $10.75 million buyer of the Bellevue Hill mansion owned by Jodee Rich’s family for close to 40 years has been revealed as property fund manager Ben Finger.
Ben Finger is the son of architect Harold Finger OAM, and the father-and-son team are principals in the Haben Property Team.
It was most recently the home of Gayl Rich, widow of the late Steven Rich who created Traveland. Her son Jodee was a principal of phone company OneTel fame and founder of the social networking website PeopleBrowsr.
